The Tamiya to DC Socket Adapter is used to connect a Camtraptions 6V Ni-MH Rechargeable Flash Battery into the Female Waterproof Enclosure Entry Cable, for powering between 1 and 5 flashes through the Waterproof Cable System.

Two identical 6V Ni-MH Rechargeable Flash Batteries can be plugged into this adapter via the Flash Parallel Battery Cable in order to double the battery life of the system.

The adapter can also be used along with a 4-way DC Splitter Cable to power the Camtraptions Lens Heater from a 6V Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery or 9.6V Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery, to prevent condensation and fogging.
