Ordering & Shipping Terms & Conditions
The Camtraptions store charges in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars (depending on customer location) and ships from the UK. Camtraptions Ltd is a UK company so we must charge VAT at 20% to all UK customers, which is charged on top of our listed prices.
Orders can be made through our website or by contacting Camtraptions directly. Camtraptions only accepts payment via the website by credit or debit card, however, alternative payment methods such as PayPal (3.5% surcharge) or bank transfer (no surcharge) are also available by contacting us. Camtraptions does not accept cheques and cannot take payment over the phone.
Shipping is calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your address details. Please note that for orders placed outside the UK and EU, shipping charges do not include taxes, customs, duties or other related fees that may be imposed on your shipment and Camtraptions cannot advise how much these will cost. The customer is responsible for the payment of all such fees.
For large international orders, it is occasionally possible (due to fluctuating shipping rates) that the shipping charge at checkout is not sufficient to cover the shipping cost charged to us by the courier company. In these cases, Camtraptions reserves the right to request additional funds from you before we can proceed with dispatching your order.
Camtraptions cannot guarantee shipping delivery times or anticipate unexpected delays imposed at customs processing or with local postal services. Customers will be given several shipping options at checkout from economy to express services. If you are in a rush for your order, or you live in a country where international packages can often be held up by customs, please select an express service, or get in touch with us to discuss some more shipping options.
For all UK customers, if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the initial shipping date please get in touch and we will either send it again or refund you. If you contact us before this time, we will try our best to give you an update on your package location, however we will not be able to send the products again or refund you until this time has passed.
For all non-UK customers, if your order has been lost and 60 days has passed since the initial shipping date, please get in touch and we will either send it again or refund you. If you contact us before this time, we will try our best to give you an update on your package location, however we will not be able to send the products again or refund you until this time has passed. Occasionally there may be shipping or customs charges, duties or fees imposed on the shipment that must be paid by the customer and that cannot be refunded. If after 60 days the order is not lost but still held up in customs then we are unable to process refunds or resend shipments until the customer has made arrangements for the original shipment to be released or returned to us. If additional product information is required for customs purposes then it is the customer's responsibility to request this information from Camtraptions and we will supply it as quickly as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items ordered can be imported into the destination country.
Camtraptions Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or any expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods.
Customers must advise us of any items missing from their order within 3 days of receipt, so that we may investigate and cross-check against our internal records.
Orders to the European Union
Commencing from 21st September 2022, Camtraptions will collect import taxes and any applicable customs fees at the point of purchase on our website. Camtraptions will subsequently pay these taxes over to the relevant EU tax authority. This means that the price you pay on our website is the final cost of your order and you will not be required to pay any other additional taxes or fees to receive the order.
