Returns/Refund Policy:

We hope you are pleased with your product when it arrives, however if you change your mind and do not want to keep your product, or you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item. In this circumstance you will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us and for the shipping of the exchanged product if applicable. We would recommend using a trackable service if shipping products back to Camtraptions. In order to return the product, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive the returned product and are satisfied with the quality of it, we will then issue the refund using your original payment method or organise the exchange. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of Camtraptions receiving the returned product.

If we sent you the wrong item, we will ask you to return the incorrect item back to us, and we will send you the correct one. We will cover the shipping costs for the return of the product and sending the correct product back to you.

Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

European Union Returns / Refunds:

For orders placed on or after 21st September 2022 and shipped into the European Union, Camtraptions will have collected import tax and any applicable customs fees at the point of purchase, which is in-turn paid over to the relevant tax authority within the EU before final delivery takes place. These import taxes and fees are not recoverable from the tax authorities, and so if any product from such an order is returned back to Camtraptions, only the product cost element (and not any additional import taxes or fees) will be eligible for a refund.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info at camtraptions.com.

 

Warranty:

Camtraptions products are covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for determining whether Camtraptions products are compatible with your equipment. You are also responsible for the protection of your equipment. Camtraptions is not liable for any damages that may be incurred in connection with using or modifying Camtraptions products.

All Camtraptions products are guaranteed to be in working order for 12 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, Camtraptions will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace or offer a full refund for any components which fail during normal use. Repairs or replacements will be free of charge, however the customer shall be responsible for any transportation costs.

This warranty does not cover damages that arise from abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorised modifications or repairs.

Please contact us at info at camtraptions.com if your product has developed a fault during the warranty period. Please include a full description of the problem and any relevant photographs or video to illustrate the issue.

This warranty, refund and return policy does not apply to BeetleCam or custom-made products.
